Our famous Braised Beef Short Ribs are the unanimous favorite with our clients and their guests! We most enjoy the classic pairing of our savory ribs with fresh carrots and our decadent creamy Garlic Whipped Potatoes.

 

Chicken Romano

In a close second place was our Chicken Romano. Stuffed with hearty mushrooms and spinach, then decadently topped with our homemade Alfredo Sauce, it was a toss-up on which place this dish would fall. We love pairing this entree with our Basalmic Glazed Brussel Sprouts for an added depth of flavor.

 

Grilled Vegetable Lasagna

Our Grilled Veggie Lasagna tempts even the most devoted carnivores to come back for seconds. We are so happy to share one of Sand Diego’s newest venues, deck655! Located just on the edge of downtown San Diego, deck655 is a versatile venue that can be customized for social or corporate events.  With 8,500 square feet of contemporary indoor/outdoor deck space, it features a spacious indoor game room and outdoor amphitheater style seating for up to 110 guests.  Also featured are 50 / 50 doors that open to a 125’ promenade deck with sweeping views from Point to Coronado.  Additional patios with lounge furniture, built-in heating and lighting, surround sound, and more …  all to create a perfect environment for entertaining up to 350 guests. The space is suited for reception style events.

Urban Bash at the New Children’s Museum

We had so much fun at the 6th Annual Urban Bash at the New Children’s Museum last November! The theme was urban picnic, which included lots of wood décor and greenery. We served a short rib slider with bleu cheese slaw and candied bacon on a Hawaiian roll, along with delicious mac & cheese. We had a great time speaking with event coordinators and other industry professionals!
