What can you do to decorate a venue that overlooks the ocean? A difficult task, for sure, but this couple did it beautifully and mostly by themselves! I especially love the dessert and candy buffet.

This reception reminds me of a rich raspberry chocolate mousse desert. The Versaille chairs looked absolutely beautiful in the room. Special touches included a cookie bar with the bride and groom’s favorite cookies, and a beverage table with raspberry lemonade, limeade, arnold palmers and good old fashioned lemonade. Yum!

Weddings and receptions at private homes always have a unique, intimate feel. This reception sparkled with gold satin linens accented with red napkins.
A simply lovely affair with an almost wine-country touch. The dark chairs with the bordeaux napkins really warmed the space and gave this large wedding an intimate feeling.

A sea of vintage grape lamour linens for this large wedding at NTC’s McMillin Center. I love the purple uplights, they really brighten otherwise very neutral walls. My favorite thing about NTC is that it’s a blank slate, you can put any color scheme in there and really make the room your own.

This reception flourishing with cherry blossoms couldn’t have been set at any other time but Spring! Elenor designed and assmbled the beautiful centerpieces herself. Her guests had their choice of triple entrees with Orange Pecan glazed Salmon, Artichoke Chicken, and Grilled Tri Tip. I love the little lighted fountain underneath the cake! The fabulous uplighting was provided by Daniel Peterson.
