BRICK Winter Open House Event

 

 

We love these networking events where we get to socialize with guests and get to collaborate with other vendors.

 

 

Our chef was inspired by the cold weather lately and decided to serve some Spinach and Artichoke Grilled Cheese Sandwiches on some small baguette slices for easy nibbling.

 

Paired with the sandwiches, we served our hearty Butternut Squash Bisque warm and ready to dip or sip!

 

Our famous Crispy Brussel Sprouts with a balsamic reduction glaze and bacon finished off our plate with our signature purple orchid.

 

Our favorite signature drink, the Apple Cider Sparkler, was a perfect compliment to our savory dish.

 

The Martinelli’s base is sweet and has hints of ginger and cinnamon from the ginger simple syrup made in our kitchen and the cinnamon stir-stick we use as a garnish.
